These Terms of Service apply to purchases made from LFS 3D Prints through our website.
By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
1. About Us
LFS 3D Prints creates and sells 3D printed, laser-crafted, acrylic and personalised products.

UK distance-selling rules require online traders to provide their business name, contact details and geographical address, so I would include the same address you're already happy to show in your Privacy Policy.
2. Products
We aim to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible.
Many of our products are individually 3D printed, laser cut, engraved or assembled. As a result, there may be small variations between individual items.
3D printed products may show normal characteristics of the manufacturing process, including visible layer lines, seams or minor surface variations.
Colours may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, filament or material batches and individual screen settings.
These normal manufacturing variations do not affect your statutory rights where goods are genuinely faulty, damaged, unsafe or not as described.
3. Personalised and Custom Products
Some LFS 3D Prints products can be personalised with names, wording, colours or other customer-selected details.
It is the customer's responsibility to check any spelling, names, dates and other personalisation information before submitting an order.
We will normally create personalised products using the information provided when the order is placed.
If you notice an error after ordering, please contact us immediately at lfs3dprints@gmail.com. If production has not started, we may be able to amend the order, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Clearly personalised or made-to-specification goods are generally excluded from the standard change-of-mind cancellation right. This does not remove a customer's rights where goods are faulty, misdescribed or otherwise fail to meet statutory requirements.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the products shown in your order.
You will receive an order confirmation using the contact details supplied during checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel an order where, for example:
- a product is unavailable;
- there has been an obvious pricing or listing error;
- we are unable to complete the requested personalisation;
- payment has not been successfully authorised; or
- fulfilling the order would be unlawful.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the amount paid for the cancelled item will be refunded.
5. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.
The price shown when you place your order is the price you will be charged, together with any applicable delivery charges displayed during checkout.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available through our website.
An order will not be processed until the required payment has been successfully authorised.
6. Delivery
Available delivery options and charges will be shown during checkout.
Because many LFS 3D Prints products are made to order, dispatch times may vary between products.
Any estimated production or delivery date is an estimate rather than a guarantee unless we have specifically agreed a delivery date with you.
We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within the times stated on our website and will contact you if there is a significant delay.
UK distance-selling rules generally require goods to be delivered within 30 days unless a different timeframe has been agreed with the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your delivery details.
7. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Your rights to cancel, return or obtain a refund are explained in our separate Refund & Returns Policy.
For standard non-personalised goods, eligible UK consumers generally have a 14-day cancellation period after receiving their goods.
Different rules apply to goods made to a customer's specification or clearly personalised.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
8. Faulty or Incorrect Products
Products supplied by us must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose as required by UK consumer law.
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact:

Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, an appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement or refund.
9. Product Use and Safety
Customers should use products only for their intended purpose.
Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, decorative 3D printed and laser-crafted items should not be assumed to be toys, food-safe products, medical devices, safety equipment or suitable for prolonged exposure to high temperatures.
Please follow any product-specific warnings, age recommendations or care instructions supplied with the item.
Keep small parts away from young children where they may present a choking hazard.
10. Customer-Supplied Designs and Content
Where you ask us to create a personalised product using text, artwork, logos, photographs or designs supplied by you, you confirm that you have the right to provide and use that material for the requested purpose.
You must not ask us to create content that is unlawful or that infringes another person's intellectual property rights.
We may decline a custom order where we reasonably believe that completing it could infringe another person's rights or otherwise be unlawful.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, LFS 3D Prints retains its rights in original website content, product photography, branding, written descriptions and original designs created by us.
Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of copyright, trade marks or other intellectual property rights associated with a design.
Third-party names and trade marks remain the property of their respective owners.
12. Website Information
We try to keep our website accurate and up to date, but occasional errors may occur.
We may update product information, availability, images, prices and website content where necessary.
Any changes to an order that has already formed a contract with a customer will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and will not remove rights already acquired by the customer.
13. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful.
In particular, these terms do not limit your legal rights relating to faulty goods, goods that are not as described, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
UK businesses cannot use consumer terms to avoid responsibility for matters such as faulty or misdescribed goods, and unfair consumer terms may be unenforceable.
14. Events Outside Our Control
We will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances that are genuinely outside our reasonable control.
Where such an event materially affects your order, we will contact you and take reasonable steps to minimise the delay.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our products, website or legal requirements.
The version applying to an order will normally be the terms made available to you when that order was placed.
16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms removes any mandatory rights or protections available to you under the law applicable where you live.
